Incident Analysis (Investigation)
$89.95
Serious incidents have negative impacts on your organization, such as: lower morale, damaged reputation, legal costs, lost production, disqualifications from bidding, and can possibly run you right out of business.
This Online Incident Analysis training is more commonly known as Incident or Accident Investigation. We chose to call this training Incident Analysis for two reasons; one because the word investigation can sound like interrogation looking for blame, and two; what we are truly doing is an analysis of an incident to put corrective actions in place to prevent it from happening again.
The objective of an incident analysis is prevention. Finding the causes of the incident and taking steps to control or eliminate those causes, can prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. Incidents are rarely attributed to a single cause; work environment, job constraints, supervisory or worker experience can all play a part. These factors must be examined to determine what role each had in causing the incident.
Once the causes are determined, corrective actions must be developed and implemented to prevent a recurrence. The analysis team must always keep in mind that effective incident analysis means fact-finding, not fault-finding.
In order for an analysis to be a valuable tool, three things must take place:
Good information must be gathered and analyzed,
Corrective actions must be taken, and
Those actions must be monitored for effectiveness.

Incident Investigation VR 6.0
$44.99
Investigating an incident involves much more than filling out a report form. Incident investigation is a process of gathering facts and drawing conclusions; the report form is simply the tool used to document this process.
The purpose of an incident investigation is not to find fault or fix blame. The twin purposes of an incident investigation are to:
determine the causes of the incident, and
enact corrective measures to prevent a recurrence.
This course contains 2.5 technical hours.

Identifying and Preventing Sexual Harassment
$49.95
It’s estimated that more than a quarter of employees experience some form of sexual harassment in their professional lives – and for women, that number might be as high as 85%.
That’s a staggering percentage, and entirely unacceptable. Any amount of workplace harassment is too much, and companies that fail to appreciate that are not only doing their employees a grave disservice but will ultimately suffer severe consequences in the form of high turnover, low productivity, abysmal morale, and the not-so-occasional lawsuit.
That’s where Identifying and Preventing Sexual Harassment comes in. We consulted with a number of human resource experts to design a program that helps stop sexual harassment before it starts, as well as provide your workforce with concrete strategies for responding to and reporting harassment if it ever does occur.
Now that might sound like this will be some pretty dull training. You’ve undoubtedly seen sexual harassment training in the past that is so similar in delivery that the message can get lost in the mix. But ours is different. Sexual harassment is a serious subject, but that doesn’t mean learning how to prevent it has to be so dry that you slip into a coma. We’ve worked hard to style this critical education to be as enjoyable as possible, and we’re pleased to say we've done so without detracting from the importance of the material. So get ready for Identifying and Preventing Sexual Harassment, another educational offering where we provide serious solutions in a seriously funny way.
