Pricing and HST

All prices for our online courses are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) where applicable. The total amount payable will include the course fee plus any applicable HST.

Refund

Course Access and Refund Eligibility

  • 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the course within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must:

    • Have completed less than 20% of the course content.

    • Request the refund within 30 days of your purchase.

    • Not have requested a refund for any other course in the past 12 months.
       

  • No Refunds After 30 Days: Refund requests made after 30 days of purchase or for courses that have been more than 20% completed will not be processed.
     

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue and, if unresolved, we may issue a refund if it is determined the issue was on our end.

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Course name

  • Reason for refund request
     

Refund Processing Time
 

Refund requests that meet the criteria will be processed within 10 business days from receipt of the request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
