Incident-Investigation-VR-6.0

$44.99

Investigating an incident involves much more than filling out a report form. Incident investigation is a process of gathering facts and drawing conclusions; the report form is simply the tool used to document this process. The purpose of an incident investigation is not to find fault or fix blame. The twin purposes of an incident investigation are to: determine the causes of the incident, and enact corrective measures to prevent a recurrence. This course contains 2.5 technical hours.
