The ALTA® IoT Gateways and ALTA XL® IoT Gateways combine a 4G LTE CAT-M1/NB2 cellular engine and Ethernet platform (commercial only) with Monnit’s wireless access point network to aggregate and communicate data from Monnit ALTA® Wireless Sensors. The ALTA XL IoT Gateway also has a powerful wireless transceiver with up to 1 Watt transmission strength, an amplified receiver, and 4G LTE CAT-M1/NB2 cellular technology to backhaul ALTA® Wireless Sensor data. The ALTA and ALTA XL IoT gateways allow ALTA Wireless IoT Sensors to operate on the world’s leading cellular networks and stay connected to the Internet.
