Workplace Bullying, Discrimination, Harassment and Violence Prevention – Canada

Workplace training for the prevention of bullying, discrimination, harassment, and violence is essential for creating a safe, respectful, and productive work environment in Canadian workplaces. The objective of this course is to provide information to help you recognize workplace bullying, discrimination, harassment and violence in the workplace, how to stop it and how to protect yourself and others. These behaviors have no place in the workplace or in society and we all must work together to help prevent them. This course outlines the various types of bullying, harassment and violence in the workplace, and explains the responsibilities of supervisors, including the requirements as outlined in Ontario Bills 132 and 168, and BC Bill 14.
