Island Harvest-Shipping & Warehousing (Lvl 1)

OSHA Compliant. Shipping & Warehousing level 1 is designed to introduce workers to both OSHA requirements, and specific introduction to warehouse safety, and requirements. Students can expect to complete this course with a solid grasp of OSHA Focus hazards, PPE requirements, and hidden long term health & exposure hazards in the workplace. In the Warehouse specific portion, workers will become familiar with warehousing equipment such as material handling practices, dock levelers (loading docks), for trucks, pallet jacks, conveyors, and emergency response. This is a great resource for workers looking to start new, or refresh their shipping & warehousing knowledge.
