Hydrovacing and Facility Verification

Developed with input from a cross-sector of industries, this new online Hydrovacing and Facility Verification 0.25 days (up to 2 hours) course is aimed at developing safe hydrovacing and facility identification and verification skills as part of the ground disturbance process. This e-learning course discusses hydrovac excavation; hydrovac procedures for facility crossings and trenchless crossings, as the primary means of excavation and for managing hazardous spills or leaks; pilot holes; slot and sloped trenches; and identification and verification procedures as per applicable regulatory federal and provincial/state requirements, acts and industry best practices. Included in this online training course: Online quizzes and a final exam. Certificate and wallet card issued upon successful completion. Who Should Take This Course? All individuals, including supervisors, ground disturbers, excavators, project managers, and workers, who need specific hydrovacing training or anyone who needs to understand safe hydrovacing and facility identification and verification procedures as part of the ground disturbance process.
