DOT “Reasonable Suspicion” Testing for Managers and Supervisors Part II

This course presents fundamental information for managers and supervisors regarding DOT “Reasonable Suspicion” drug and alcohol testing. Upon completing the course, employees should: - Be able to describe the “behavioral” and “physical” signs that someone has been consuming alcohol. - Understand how to approach an employee that they are sending for “Reasonable Suspicion” testing. - Know how alcohol and drug tests are conducted. - Understand the “Removal-From Work” and “Return-To-Duty” process. - Know where employees can get help for a substance abuse problem.
