Building My Emotionally Intelligence

This course will help learners discover and properly define their true purpose and core values. Learners will explore how their core purposes influence the decisions they make and how they interact with others. Individual strengths and areas of growth will be discovered and participants will be shown how to leverage them as a development tool in their professional career. Lastly, this course will cover the four domains of emotional intelligence and provide guidance in developing the learner's leadership competencies.
